We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return under our policy, your item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, or faulty. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Statutory Rights for UK and EU Customers

If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive respectively. This right applies regardless of whether the item has been opened, unless the product is a sealed pet care or hygiene product which has been opened and therefore cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you wish to exercise your statutory right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs under the statutory cancellation right are covered by us and we will provide a return shipping label.

Beyond the statutory 14-day period, our standard 30-day policy applies, under which only unopened, unused items in original packaging or faulty products are eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@dermagicpets.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns should be sent to: Dermagic Pets, 96 Victoria Road, Formby, L37 1LP, United Kingdom.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Faulty or damaged pet products are eligible for return or replacement regardless of whether they have been opened.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned pet products, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@dermagicpets.com.
