Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery times, and customs information.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders. Shipping to any mainland European Union country costs €8.99. Shipping to offshore EU destinations such as Malta, the Canary Islands, and the Azores costs €40. Shipping to the United Kingdom costs €20. Shipping to all other international destinations costs €40.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information where available. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch notification.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, postal service disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Customs, Duties and VAT

We ship all orders from our warehouse in mainland Europe. Customers ordering from within the European Union will not be subject to any additional customs charges or VAT on their order. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay in full.

Customers ordering from the United Kingdom should be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival due to the UK no longer being part of the European Union. These charges are set by HMRC and are entirely outside of our control. We are not responsible for any customs or import charges applied to your order and we are unable to predict what these charges may be. We recommend checking with HMRC or your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure what additional charges may apply.
